Platform Description
Locèlle is an online platform that allows property owners to showcase accommodations and allows travelers to discover and inquire about potential stays. Locèlle provides a venue for users to connect and communicate directly. Locèlle does not own, manage, or operate any properties. We do not enter into rental contracts and do not act as a booking agent, broker, or intermediary. Any agreement, arrangement, or transaction related to a stay is solely between the host and the guest.
Locèlle has no control over the conduct of users and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or quality of any listing, property, or interaction.
Eligibility and Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately. You may not share your account credentials with others.
Voluntary Use of the Platform
Use of the Locèlle platform is entirely voluntary. Locèlle does not require payment to browse listings or submit inquiries and does not process reservations, payments, or deposits of any kind.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use Locèlle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for any agreements you enter into.Locèlle does not screen, verify, or certify hosts, guests, or properties. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including reviewing property details, understanding local laws, and taking appropriate safety precautions.You agree not to:Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Discriminate against others based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
Use personal information obtained through Locèlle for purposes unrelated to arranging stays, without the individual’s consent.If you opt in to marketing communications, you consent to receive promotional messages from Locèlle. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.User Content and Communications
By posting or transmitting content through Locèlle, including listings, messages, images, or other materials, you grant Locèlle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.You represent that you have the rights necessary to share the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that we determine to be unlawful, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the platform for purposes unrelated to connecting hosts and guests.
Copy, scrape, harvest, or reuse content or data without permission.
Attempt to bypass security or access controls.
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Engage in activity that interferes with or harms the platform or its users.
Disclaimer and Release
Locèlle provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.Locèlle is not a party to any rental or lodging agreement and does not guarantee the safety, legality, or outcome of any interaction or transaction. Any agreement for a stay is solely between the host and the guest.You agree to release Locèlle from any claims, demands, damages, or disputes arising out of or related to interactions with other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locèlle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.If liability cannot be excluded, Locèlle’s total liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.Indemnification
