Outdoors, the house opens up. A private hot tub sits under open sky, ideal after a day on the trails or the slopes. There’s an open-air shower, a fireplace for cooler evenings, and just enough space to linger—whether that means slow mornings or late conversations under the stars.

Step outside and you’re immediately connected to the Catskills. Hiking trails begin nearby, Kaaterskill Falls is a short drive away, and Hunter and Windham Mountains make skiing easy in winter.
