There’s something about Provincetown that asks you to slow down — to wander, to linger, to follow the light. Tucked just off Commercial Street in Provincetown, The Studio feels like a quiet counterpoint to the town’s creative pulse. Close enough to step into the energy, yet removed enough to exhale.

This is the kind of place you arrive at and instantly soften.

The space

Perched on the second floor of an intimate two-unit building, The Studio is defined by natural light. Four skylights pull the sky inward, shifting from bright coastal morning to warm golden hour glow. When the day winds down, blackout shades transform the space into a calm cocoon for rest.

Entry begins through a private fenced patio garden — seating for six, framed by greenery — before ascending to a charming deck made for slow coffee mornings. Inside, the layout is intentional and open: a thoughtfully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the main living space, where a queen bed and lounge area coexist with ease. The spa-like bath adds a quiet layer of luxury.

Through the trees, subtle glimpses of the Pilgrim Monument remind you that you are somewhere storied, somewhere distinctly Cape.

It’s studio living — but elevated, breathable, and beautifully composed.

Why Locèlle chose it

We’re drawn to spaces that feel considered. Not oversized. Not overdesigned. Just right.

The Studio captures what we look for: natural light as a design element, indoor-outdoor flow, and proximity to culture without sacrificing privacy. It’s the balance that makes Provincetown magic — town energy steps away, sanctuary at your door.

Locèlle is to Airbnb what Cereal Magazine is to Expedia. We choose places with feeling.

And The Studio feels like Provincetown at its best — intimate, luminous, and quietly unforgettable.
